Responsible Business Operations

  • Based on our commitment to fulfilling our responsibilities to society as a good corporate citizen, we promote CSR activities through compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Each employee is encouraged to act in ways that create value and earn the trust and appreciation of stakeholders.

  • In addition, we have established policies governing Chemical Substance Management, Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), Product Safety, and Information Security, and continuously work to ensure responsible and sustainable business operations.

  • We comply with all applicable regulations relating to chemical management, including the Chemical Substances Control Law (CSCL), the PRTR Law, the Industrial Safety and Health Act, the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Act, and the Fire Service Act. We also obtain and maintain appropriate chemical information, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Certificates of Analysis (COA), from our suppliers to ensure the safe and proper handling of chemical substances.

  • Product safety is one of our highest management priorities. We promote compliance with applicable laws and safety standards, provide accurate and appropriate product information, respond promptly to safety-related incidents, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence. We also place great importance on communication and collaboration with customers, suppliers, government authorities, and other stakeholders, contributing to a safer and more secure society.

Information Asset Management

Based on our Information Security Management Manual, we maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets under our control. We actively implement measures to address risks such as information leakage, loss, destruction, and unauthorized alteration. We comply with applicable domestic and international regulatory requirements and continuously strengthen our information security management system through ongoing improvement initiatives and employee education.

Furthermore, ATTO has obtained certification to ISO/IEC 27001, the internationally recognized standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). We are committed to appropriately protecting and managing the information entrusted to us by our customers and business partners.
